Delta | Signed Original

The story: This isn’t a real place. My husband would tell you it’s a certain delta on the Oregon Coast (and he might be right), but I haven’t been there, nor do I intend to. Because this painting was born of imagination, a deliberate place that could be real (but isn’t) as evidenced by the teal in the sky that doesn’t exist in the real world. I wanted to create a place that borders on the real, yet isn’t. This is it. Have you been there?
